Note the WarriorSTRONGStore.com features several one-of-a-kind, custom tattoo-style graphics displayed on merchandise and programs for the WarriorSTRONG brand, the BigHeartSTRONG brand, the StayingAlive brand and the WarriorDOG brand.  These graphics and brands are the restricted exclusive intellectual property of Karen Bentley.  No display of product pictures or other imagery related to these exclusive graphics is to be construed as license, permission or right to use the intellectual property unless explicit permission is granted in writing by Karen Bentley.

Terms of Use

WarriorSTRONGStore.com products are sourced from third-party vendors, primarily located in China. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability information provided by these vendors are accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of such information. Variations in product appearance, materials, packaging, labeling, and performance may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice and to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect information. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept these potential discrepancies.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, merchandise from the WarriorSTRONGStore.com ships ONLY to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Product prices INCLUDE shipping and/or tariff fees to these locations, and no additional shipping charges are added to the purchase price.  Note that most WarriorSTRONGStore.com merchandise originates from vendors in China and is shipped directly from China.  Delivery typically takes 7-14 calendar days.

Sales Tax

Any applicable state taxes are automatically added to the above product price by the WarriorSTRONGStore.com. The total charge for merchandise is the sum of the product price plus any applicable sales tax. 

Warranties

The WarriorSTRONGStore.com guarantees that items arrive undamaged, in working condition and as pictured.  If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within the specified 30-day return period so we can assist with a replacement, refund, or manufacturer claim when applicable. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

As stated in Terms of Use, most products sold through the WarriorSTRONGStore.com are manufactured and supplied by third-party vendors, primarily based in China. As such, warranties (if any) are provided by the original manufacturer and may vary by product. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by the manufacturer.  A possibility exists information provided by vendors may include inaccuracies, errors or out-dated information.  The WarriorSTRONGStore.com makes a best effort to ensure the integrity and accuracy of product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee correctness or accuracy.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept these warranty terms.

Return Policy

The WarriorSTRONGStore.com accepts returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.  The WarriorSTRONGStore.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Governing Law

In the unlikely event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of Connecticut, where the WarriorSTRONGStore.com operates, shall apply.  Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
